摘要
Although the pace of development of combinator ial carbohydrate libraries is relatively slow, strategies towards the generation of oligosaccharide li braries have taken shape for the past few years. In this review various a pproaches for the assembly of oligosaccharide libraries such as solution-phase p arallel synthesis, solid-phase strategies, and one-pot sequential glycosylatio n approaches were described.
