摘要
本文综述灵芝提取物和灵芝多糖的抗肿瘤活性和免疫调节作用及其机制。灵芝提取物和灵芝多糖在体内显著地抑制动物移植性肿瘤生长 ,将二者直接加到肿瘤细胞培养基中 ,既不抑制肿瘤细胞增殖 ,也不促进其凋亡 ,灵芝多糖在体内的抗肿瘤机制是由免疫学机制介导的。最近的研究指出 ,灵芝多糖肽在体内、外由于清除巨噬细胞中叔丁基氢过氧化物 (tBOOH)产生的自由基 ,而具有抗氧化作用。此外 ,灵芝多糖还促进体外培养的鼠骨髓衍生的树突状细胞 (DC)成熟 。
Anti-tumor activity and immunomodulating effect of Ganoderma lucidum extract and Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and the ir mechanisms were reviewed in this paper. Ganoderma lucidum extract and Ga node rma lucidum polysaccharides significantly inhibited the implanted animal t umors in vivo However,both of them directly added to tumor cells cultured medium neither suppressed tumor cell proliferation nor induced its apoptosis.The anti- t umor activity of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides may be mediated by immun o logical mechanism in vivo . Recent studies indicated that Ganoderma lucidu m polysaccharide peptides had antioxidant effects by scavenging free radicals d erived from tert-butyl hydroperoxide(tBOOH) in macrophages in vivo and in vitro.Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides was also shown to promote not only th e maturation of dendritic cells(DC) derived from the cultured murine bone marro w in vitro , but also the immune response induced by DC.
