摘要 新的观点认为 ,包括人在内的哺乳动物中枢神经系统 (centralnervoussystem ,CNS)内在胚胎期和成体期都存在着具有自我复制和多潜能分化特性的神经干细胞。对神经干细胞的深入认识不仅对神经发育和神经可塑性的研究有重要的理论意义 ,而且为移植治疗帕金森病等神经系统疾病带来了希望。本文结合本实验室在神经干细胞培养、诱导分化、移植治疗帕金森病等的研究 。 As in the fetal brain, neural stem cells are also presented in adult huma n central nervous system. These new findings not only provide insight into our understanding of the neurogenesis and plasticity of the central nervous system, but also bring us a good hope for treating such neurodegenetive disorders as Parkinson's disease. Here we overview the latest progress in both regards.
