摘要
研究了Ni/SiO_2、Cu/Al_2O_3等体系刷镀工艺参数如电压、镀笔移动速度及浴中粒子浓度对镀层中粒子含量、硬度和耐磨性的影响,得到了粒子均匀分布复合镀层的适当工艺,还比较讨论了刷镀、槽镀(电镀及化学镀)复合层性能。实验结果表明刷镀嵌合粒子能力不及槽镀,镀笔移动速度及粒子特性是刷镀复合镀层的关键。
The effects of the technical parameters (voltage, speed of plating pen, concentration of particles in bath) on the microhardness, wear resistance and the content of particles in coatings were investigated in Ni/SiO_2 and Cu/Al_2O_3 system. The optimum operation conditions for brush plating composite coatings with uniform dispersion of particles were obtained. The experimental results showed that the embedding ability in brush plating is Ices than that in bath plating. The speed of plating pen and the character of particles are the key factors to brush plating compesite coatings.
