摘要
用失重法研究了阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、阳离子表面活性剂氯代十六烷基吡啶(CPC)及非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)在0.8mol·dm^(-3)盐酸介质中对铝的缓蚀作用。发现在较低浓度范围内它们对铝的缓蚀率大小顺序为CPC>SDS>OP,但浓度达某一值后,这种顺序变为SDS>CPC>OP,用Langmuir吸附理论讨论了这一现象。并提出各种表面活性剂在铝表面可能采取的主要吸附方式。
The corrosion inhibition of various kinds of surfactants (anion-surfactant sodium dedecyl sulfate SDS. , cation-surfactant cetyl pyridinium chloride CPS. and nonionic surfactant polyethlene glycol mono-(p) octyl phenyl ether OP) for aluminium in hydrochloric acid medium (0.8mol dm^(-3)) has been investigated by weight less method. It is found that the order of corrosion inhibition of these surfactants is CPC>SDS>OP in the range of lower concentration, but when the concentration attains to a certain value,the order is transformed into another as SDs>CDC>OP. The experimental result is explained by Langmuir adsorption theory and the adsorption mechanism of these surfaetancs on aluminium surface is discussed.
