巴旦杏在甘肃河西地区引种培育问题的探讨

Studies on Introduction and Cultivation of Almond(Amygdolus Communis)in Hexi Region,Gansu Province

该文通过分析巴旦杏在甘肃河西地区引种培育过程中出现的问题,总结出用大田开沟点播相结合来培育接穗,以山桃为砧木嫁接巴旦杏的引种驯化技术。结果育接穗比直接大田点播出苗率、成活率分别提高了10%和15%;巴旦杏与山桃嫁接的亲和性,嫁接成活率为90%。

Analysing the problems on introducing and cultivating of almond(Amygdolus Communis)appeared in Hexi region,Gansu,we summarized the introduction domesticating techniques to propagate the scions combining by growing seedlings in the container with by ditching in the field,and to take Prunus davidiana as the rootstock.The result showed that the rate of emergence and survival of seedlings by container cultivating were10%and15%respectively more than by ditching in the field.It also showed the excellent compatibility of grafting almond (Amygdolus communis)on Prunus davidiana,and the survival rate of grafting was90%.
