20世纪90年代后期,全球汽车业发生资产重组、联合兼并浪潮,现已基本形成“6+3”竞争格局。世界汽车工业现阶段的发展主流依然是高度垄断和集中,大企业、大集团（跨国公司）“唱主角”。我国汽车企业应把握世界汽车工业发展潮流,坚定“做强做大”目标。
