IP电话的发展在中国已经有近10年的历史,初始阶段,制造商普遍注重基本功能、不同产品之间的互通性以及系统的处理能力。体现在测试中,人们关注的是协议的流程以及呼叫的接通率、掉话率等指标。随着IP电话的发展,语音质量逐渐成为一项非常重要的指标,越来越多的人把目光盯在IP电话语音质量的测试上。影响语音质量的主要因素包括时延及抖动、丢包、信号沿切割、通道信噪比、信号电平和语音包大小等。Ameritec公司的GoldenVoice软件能够通过一个呼叫流程得到上述指标。
