摘要 羊毛酸锂是以羊毛脂为原料经皂化、抽提除去羊毛醇精制得到的一价金属皂。采用α-烯烃基础油、20%羊毛酸锂作稠化剂兼缓蚀剂配制的润滑脂,滴点110℃,-45℃针入度108通过海水全浸-潮湿箱试验4周期,相当于10a的防绣能力。羊毛酸锂是一种新型的缓蚀剂兼稠化剂。 Lithium Lanopalmitate, one valent metallic soap, was synthesized by reaction of LiOH with Lanolin and then by remotion of lanolin alcohol. As a new type of both corrosion inhabitor and thickening agent, 20% lithium lanopalmitate was solved in α-olefine polymer oil and then a low temperature anti-rust grease was obtained. The dropping point of grease was 110℃ and its needle penetration was 108 at -45℃. Specimens coated grease could passes 4 periods of sea water immersion moist chamber cycle tests corresponded to ten years atmospheric anti-rust periods.
