摘要
将迄今已发表过的磨削液性能评价方法结合作者的研究工作进行了归纳整理,概括为两种不同的评价观点。第一种观点是着眼于磨削液的物理性能,在这方面,介绍了评价磨削液冷却性的几种方法和同时考虑冷却性及润滑性的一种综合评价方法;第二种观点是着眼于磨削液的实际效果。作者归纳成选择评价指标、设计实验方法、建立评价模型三步评价法,并提供了一些有用的方法。最后,对上述各种评价方法的优缺点进行了讨论。
Methods that preciously published for evaluating the behavior of grinding fluids were sumed up on the basis of author's research work. They could be classified two kinds of different evaluation methods. The first one, as several methods for evaluating cooling action and/or lubricating action of grinding fluids introduced, paid their attention to evaluating the physical properties of grinding fluids. The second one focused their attention on actual effects of grinding fluids. A new 'three-steps' evaluation method was proposed by author, including selection of evaluation indices, design of experimental plans and establishment of evaluation models. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of methods mentioned above were discussed.
