摘要 五轴数控技术在数控加工领域里一枝独秀 ,它是连续平滑、复杂曲面加工的代名词 ,但该技术在全球范围内一直没有得到普及。文章分析了目前五轴数控技术在全球范围内普遍存在的、难以解决的问题 ,分析了机床工业市场对五轴数控机床的需求以及发展五轴数控技术的必要性 ,并对其应用作出了展望。 axis CNC technique is attracting very high attention now in CNC machining field, it is a synonym of machining for continuous, smooth and complicated curved surfaces, however, the technique is not spread so widely up to now globally. The paper analyzed the problems that are difficult to solve and exist all over the world for 5_axis CNC technology, demand from machine tool industry on 5_axis CNC machines as well as the necessity for developing 5_axis CNC technology, and looked into the future of its application.
