评述了核分析技术的特点以及在地球科学应用中的发展趋势。包括元素总量分析、化学种态及物相分析、微区分析和表面分析等。本文简要介绍各种方法的原理、特点、实验装置及其应用,特别指出了在地学研究领域中的应用前景。
The features, developing trends of nuclear analysis techniques and their application in earth science were reviewed in this paper, including elemental analysis, chemical speciation and mass phase, microarea analysis, surface structure analysis et al. The principle, apparatus and application of the nuclear anal ysis techniques are introduced briefly and the potential use in geoscience field indicated.
