摘要
本文研究了在表面活性剂存在下,汞与澳代二甲氨基苯基荧光酮(BDMAF)的显色反应。在pH=10.5的缓冲体系中,Hg(Ⅱ)与显色剂形成1:3稳定的紫红色配合物,配合物的λ_(max)=560nm,其表现摩尔吸光系数为1.16×10~5 L.mol^(-1).cm^(-1).,Hg(Ⅱ)含量在0~30μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律样品分析结果令人满意。
