摘要
本文主要介绍了安钢采用FeV和VN12合金生产HRB400级钢筋的工艺技术,研究分析了钢中加入FeV、VN12合金对HRB400级钢筋强化效果及冶炼成本,从而为批量开发、生产该钢科奠定了良好的理论基础。
This article mainly introduced the technology of producing HRB 400?ⅢGrade concrete iron with FeV and VN12 alloy in AnGang, researched and analyzed the strengthen effect and metallurgical cost to HRB 400Ⅲgrade conecete iron when adding FeV VN12 alloy in the steel and establised the theory of mass-produce deveolpment and produce this kind of steel.
