高炉炉缸长寿的关键是在设计和生产过程中如何消除其“蒜头状”侵蚀。邯钢 12 60 m3高炉和 2 0 0 0m3高炉在设计中较好地解决了这个问题 ,根据开炉后炉缸侵蚀情况 。
It is important to avoid the 'garlic head erosion' during operation to prolong the BF's life. The problem has been solved by reasonable design of No.5 (1260 m 3) and No.7 BF (2000 m 3) at Handan Iron and Steel Co.. Proved by inspecting the erosion of the hearth in operation two BFs will have a long campaign.
