摘要
根据高炉在脱硫和能量转化方面的优势 ,以及高炉富氧喷煤操作的发展趋势 ,提出了整体高炉联合循环 (IBFCC)炼铁发电流程 ,新流程实现了能的梯级利用 ,能源利用效率明显提高 。
A new iron-making and power generation process, integrating blast furnace and combined cycle (IBFCC) is proposed based on blast furnace's advantages in conversion and desulphurization as well as the tendency of increasing pulverized coal injection. The IBFCC process can increase the energy utilization efficiency obviously by cascade usage energy and decrease the emission of pollutants significantly comparing with traditional iron-making and power generation process.
