摘要
利用 Ca O- Ca F2 - Fe2 O3系熔剂 ,对磷含量≤ 0 .0 5 0 %钢液进行二次精炼脱磷处理 ,测定熔剂组成以及熔剂中添加 Ba O、Si O2 时对钢液脱磷的影响关系。结果表明 ,通过对实验熔剂组成的优化选择 ,可将钢液磷含量降低至 0 .0 0 5 %以下 ,达到超低磷钢的磷含量水平。作为熔剂的添加剂 ,Ba O添加量应控制在 15 %~ 2 0 %范围内 ,而 Si O2 含量≤ 10 %。
The experiments of dephosphorization of liquid steel in secondary refining process were performed by using CaO-based fluxes. The results indicated that the P content in liquid steel can be lowered to less than 0.005 % by using CaO-based fluxes with the optimum composition. The BaO content is in a range from 15 % to 20 % and SiO 2 content is less than 10 %.
