摘要
研究了采用不同脱氧和变性剂处理钢水对钢力学性能的影响 ,特别是对车轮钢冲击性能的影响。分析了采用 Ba、Ca类合金变性处理时组织结构和晶粒的变化。结果表明 ,用 Si- Ca- Ba处理的钢材 ,其组织结构。
The effect of different deoxidization and modification agents on mechanical properties,especially on impact toughness of steel studied.The structure and grain size of steel are changed with Ca-Ba alloy treatment. The experimental results show that the microstructure and impact toughness of steel treated with Si-Ca-Ba alloys are remarkably improved.
