摘要
介绍了鞍钢热轧带钢厂 1780生产线加热炉的煤气单耗现况 ,系统地分析了煤气单耗与产量、热装率、热损失、空气过剩系数等诸因素之间的关系 ,并有针对性地在工艺、设备上提出了相应解决办法 。
The gas consumption on reheating furnace of 1780 production line in hot strip mill of Anshan Steel is introduced. The relation between gas consumption, output, hot charging rate, heat loss, air surplus rate is analyzed, meanwhile, some solutions are given for energy-saving.
