摘要
介绍了低温工况下 ( <-5℃ )翅片管换热器霜层形成及其生长 ,研究了翅片管换热器本身特性 (如翅片间距、翅片形状以及翅片表面状况等 )对霜层生长速度、结霜量以及压降的影响 ,为低温工况下翅片管换热器结构参数的优化及表面状况的改善 。
The formation and growth of frost was analyzed under low temperature conditions(<-5℃). The effect on the growing rate, the yield of frost and the pressure drop with the characteristic of finned-tube heat exchanger, such as the span, shape and the surface status of the fin were investigated experimentally. Important basis for optimizing structure parameter and improving the surface status of finned-tube exchanger under low temperature conditions was provided.
