摘要 研究和评估我国基础研究与专利之间的知识转移机制具有重大意义,但目前国内外的研究方法都存在着种种缺陷和不足,使得此类研究的发展受到很大的限制。本文在系统总结国内外有关基础研究与发明专利之间知识转移机制研究经验的基础上,将数据挖掘的有关方法和模式移植到了专利引文分析,建立应用数据挖掘对专利引文数据进行智能分析的创新方法体系,为定量测度基础研究与专利之间的知识转移机制提供了可能。 The study and evaluation of the knowledge transfer law between basic research and patent makes great sense in China, however, there are some defects and flaws in the present study methods whether the domestic or the overseas, which holds back the study of this issue greatly. On the base of the systemic summary of the study experience of the present, this paper introduces the method and pattern of data minng into the analysis of citation in patents and set up an innovative method system, which makes it become possible to analyze quantitatively the knowledge transfer law between basic research and patent and exploit a new field of the research and application of the data mining.
