科技型中小企业在国民经济中扮演了重要角色。本文在借鉴西方国家中小企业发展环境建设经验的基础上,从风险投资、税收制度以及社会中介服务体系等三个方面探讨了如何完善我国科技型中小企业的发展环境。

Hightech small and mediumsized enterprises play an important role in the development of national economy, so we should attach much importance to them. Based on the experience of improving the development environment of Hightech small and mediumsized enterprises in developed country, this paper explores how to improve the development environment of our Hightech small and mediumsized enterprises from three aspects including venture capital investment, tax system and social intermediary service system.
