摘要
本文认为技术创新的本质是技术资源与企业家资源的结合 ,而由于信息不对称导致的我国企业家市场上的逆向选择问题妨碍了技术创新过程中经营者的选择 ,能否顺利地解决这一问题是衡量技术创新途径优劣的重要标准 ,本文主要以这一标准评价了 4种有代表性的技术创新途径 。
The essence of technologic innovation is the combination of the resource of technology and the resource of entrepreneur, but the adverse selection caused by asymmetric information in Chinese entrepreneur market disturbs the selection of entrepreneur during the process of technologic innovation, so how well this problem can be resolved is an important criterion when valuates a path of technologic innovation. Mainly based on this criterion, this paper appraises four typical paths of technologic innovation, draws the conclusion and puts forward corresponding countermeasure.
