摘要
本文基于SHRM(战略人力资源管理 )观点 ,分析了知识型企业自身特征决定其获取竞争优势的途径是获取HR(人力资源 )优势。并在此基础上进一步阐析了知识型企业获取HR优势的运作体系和运作实践要求 ,强调了员工、组织整合与战略的持续匹配性及构建动态的多维多水平心理契约的重要性。
Based on strategic human resource management (SHRM) view, this paper analyses that the characteristics of the knowledge-based firm deside it's way of achieving competitive advantage is gainning human resource advantage (HR advantage), and discusses the operational system and requirement in the process of gainning HR advantage, and emphasizes the importance of the 'fit' amone its employee and organization and strategy , and points out the importance of constructing dynamic psychological contract on muti-dimension and muti-level.
