The Weight and Comprehensive Evaluation on Evaluating Index of Enterprise Product Innovation

首先 ,本文根据企业产品创新活动的特点 ,建立了以投入、管理、产出为二级指标的三段式产品创新评价指标体系 ;其次 ,文中详细地介绍了运用基于格栅获取法的模糊Borda数分析法确定各级指标权重的步骤 ;最后 ,本文采用德尔菲法与模糊评价相结合的方法对具体实例进行了综合评价。实践结果表明

First, according to the features of enterprise product innovation activity, the paper formulates product innovation productivity evaluating index system of three phases, with input, management, output as the second index. Secondly introduces in detail the fixed procedures of each index weight by taking advantage use of fuzzy borda number analytical method based on grid method. Finally the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation to concrete examples with the Delphi approach and in combination of fuzzy evaluation approach. The result of practice proves this kind of model is of science and feasibility.
