改革开放以来,外商直接投资的数量、规模不断扩大。加入WTO后,我国吸引外商直接投资面临着极大的机遇和挑战,从外商直接投资的主体结构、投资的产业结构、投资的地区结构、投资的方式等方面分析我国引进外商直接投资的现状,对以后更有效的引进外商直接投资具有重要的意义。

Since reform and opening, the quantity and scale of foreign direct inv estment are continuously increasing. China′s entry into WTO brings great challe nges as well as opportunities to China′s introduction of foreign investment. An alyzing the present situation of foreign investment in China from the investment structures of subject, industry, region and mode is of great significance to th e future effective introduction of foreign investment
