浅议人文素质教育在高师教育中的作用

Tentatively on the Roles of Quality-oriented Education of Human Culture in Higher Teachers Training

高师教育培养的高师生,要真正获得“新世纪教师”资格,必须重视解决人文素质教育,才能更好地铸造“师魂”、培养“师德”、提高“师能”、塑造“师表”,以适应新时期全面实施素质教育的要求,应对加入WTO后来自世界各国在政治、经济、文化、意识形态等方面的严峻挑战。

Students of higher teacher training institutions should attach importa nce to the education of human culture. Only so can they become qualified teacher with “teachers′ soul”, “teachers′ morality”, “teachers′ skills” and “ teachers′ image”. Only so can they fully meet the requirement of qualified-or iented education and confront the severe challenges worldwide in politics, econo my, culture and ideology following our entry into WTO.
