在新的历史时期 ,高校思想政治工作必须从不断变化的实际出发 ,特别是要在增强时代感 ,加强针对性、实效性、主动性上下工夫 ,文章仅就目前高校思政工作现状即思想政治工作的主客体的变化和存在的问题进行分析归纳 。

During the new historical period, idea and politics carried out in higher institutions should put stress on sense of the times and strengthen its objective, efficiency and initiative. This article analyzes and deduces these problems, which exist in the variations of subject and object about idea and politics. The author tries to offer his own reformations and measures.
