摘要
对催化脱硫装置溶剂再生塔塔壁贫液冲击区、塔盘及其塔底重沸器出口处壳体腐蚀原因进行了机理分析 ,认为冲蚀及溶剂中的二氧化碳及设备结构不当是引起腐蚀的主要原因 ,并从工艺。
The mechanisms of the corrosion of the column wall in lean-liquid impingement area, trays and bottom reboiler of the solvent regenerator of the desulfurization unit was analyzed. The erosion, carbon dioxide in the solvent and inappropriate equipment construction were the major culprits of the corrosion. The corrosion prevention measures were proposed in respect of process, equipment construction and the selection of the austenitic steels.
