催化解吸塔顶安全泄放管路爆裂事故分析

摘要 从材料的成分、硬度、显微结构等入手 ,结合环境因素进行分析 ,认为解吸塔塔顶安全泄放管路的爆裂是由湿H2 S引起的应力腐蚀开裂 。 The explosion was analyzed in respect of material composition, hardness, microstructure and environmental factors. It was concluded that the explosion of the overhead relief system of the desorption tower was caused by the stress corrosion cracking resulted from wet H 2S. The corresponding corrective measures were suggested.
