无管柱打水泥塞的工艺研究与现场应用

THE RESEARCH ON TECHNOLOGY OF CEMENTING PLUG WITHOUT TUBING STRING AND ITS FIELD APPLICATION

通过分析石油行业修井作业系统传统打水泥塞施工工艺存在的技术缺陷 ,在机械捞砂工艺试验成功的基础上 ,开展无管柱打水泥塞技术的工艺研究。阐述了无管柱打塞工艺装置的结构及其工作原理 ,对该项工艺的技术关键、技术指标及其配套工艺进行了深入研究。通过工艺的现场试验及效果评价 ,认为该项工艺技术含量高、经济效益显著 ,能够带来较高的经济和社会效益 ,有着广阔的技术推广前景。

Through analyzing limitation of traditional cementing plug technology in workover fields of petroleum industry,a new cementing plug without tubing string technology is developed after the experiments of mechanical bailing sand technology were successfully made.The paper introduces the structure of new technology device and its work principle.And key technology,technical criterion and matching technologies of the cementing plug without tubing string are studied.The results of field experiments and effictiveness evaluations show that the new technology is more advanced and its economic benefits are more remarkable.It has wider applied prospects.
