泡沫欠平衡钻井液研究与应用

THE RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF FOAM UNDERBALANCED DRILLING FLUID

欠平衡钻井技术中 ,泡沫钻井液是应用效果较好的一项技术。通过对泡沫钻井液室内研究与评价 ,筛选了新型高效发泡剂、稳泡剂、泥页岩抑制剂、低密度水泥浆早强剂等 ,给出了适合于高温条件下的泡沫钻井液配方。伊 5 1井现场应用实践表明 ,在井深 30 0 0多米、井底温度达到 110℃的状态下 ,泡沫钻井液性能依然保持良好 ,为泡沫欠平衡钻井技术在深井条件下的应用打下了基础。

Foam drilling fluid has an obvious effect in drilling well,completion and production operations that can easily achieve underbalanced pressure at the bottomhole.Through research and evaluation of foam drilling fluid in lab.,the paper screened out new high effect foamer foam stabilizer,shale inhibitor,then gave out the formula of foam drilling fluid used in high temperature condition.Through field application in well-Yi51,the performance of the foam drilling fluid could keep well in the well bottom hole with 3000m depth and 110℃ temperature.
