摘要
本文研究了7475铝合金在110~140℃时效过程中显微组织及力学性能的变化规律。通过TEM观察以及时效过程中沉淀相激活能的计算,确定了在不同温度、不同时间条件下,沉淀相的大小、分布、形态和种类,以及它们对合金强度的影响。
The change law about microstructures and mechanical properties of 7475 Al alloy during its ageing process at the temperatures of 11 0~ 140℃ was investigated. By the observation and the calculation of activation energy of precipitates, the size , distribution,, shape and type of the precipitates in various temperatures and periods, as well as their effects on the alloy' s strength have been determined.
