摘要
通过试验,探讨了稀土元素对钢膏剂硼-铝共渗渗层组织与性能的影响。结果表明,稀土元素能促进FeB相形成,显著地增加渗层和过渡区的厚度,并起微合金化作用;在明显提高渗层耐磨性的同时,也改善了渗层的脆性。
The effect of rare earth elements on the structure and properties of the boronaluminizing layer with pasty agent for steels was studied. The rusult shows that the rare earth elements can promote the formation of the phase FeB, increase the thickness of the boronaluminizing layer and the diffusing zone under the conditions of test. Moreover , the rare earth elements are the micro-alloying elements , they can improve the brit-tleness of boronaluminizing layer , while they increase the wear resistance of boronaluminizing layer greatly.
