摘要
基于可靠性分析,采用投入产出的投资决策方法,提出了一种堤防工程新建或加高加固时选择合适洪水标准的模型和选择方法.
According to reliability analysis,investment and recoverable method are adopted,A reasonable model and method with which suitable deluge standard can be selected are presented when dyke project is constructed or heightened and settled.
