摘要
用PP g MMA作为增容剂对PVC PP共混体系进行增容改性。PVC PMMA的红外光谱图表明,PVC与PMMA共混中的确存在较强的相互作用;PVC PP CPE PP g MMA共混体系的X射线衍射图证明,PP g MMA的确对PVC PP共混体系具有很好的增容作用。研究表明,增容剂的加入使PVC PP共混体系的力学性能显著改善,有可能用作工程建筑材料。
PPgMMA was used as extender to modify PVC/PP blending system. Infrared spectrogram of PVC/PMMA showed that strong interaction did exist in blending of PVC and PMMA and Xray diffractogram of PVC/PP/CPE/PPgMMA blending system proved that PPgMMA really had good extending effects on PVC/PP blending system.Research results indicated that addition of extender PPgMMA improved significantly mechanical properties of PVC/PP blending system and made it possible be usede asengineering materials.
