本文通过对提前断裂的试验主梁的断口及加工工艺的研究分析,确定主梁提前断裂的根本原因不是材质问题,而是加工粗糙、原始质量差,降低了主梁的疲劳强度。

This article analyses the material quality, fracture and processing technology of main beam which was cracked in advance during fracture test. The consideration is that the major reason for crack is not the material quality , but the rough processing and the low quality of original fatigue.
