摘要
本文采用耳片、螺栓、圆筒元件,在室温空气介质中测试了300M超高强度钢的轴向拉伸及弯曲疲劳特性。探讨了表面完整性、不同应力比R、不同热处理工艺,以及谱载对圆筒元件疲劳性能的影响。
The axial tension and flexural fatigue behavour of 300M Ultra-high-strength steel was examined by using lugs, bolts and circular tubes at room temperature in the air medium.On fatigue behaviour effect of surface integrity, various stress ratio R, heat treatment and load spectra was discussed, and the difference of fatigue property between the domestic materials and the American materials was studied in this paper.
