摘要
本文利用扫描电镜、图象分析仪等研究了氧化物对快速凝固Al-Li-Mg合金超塑性的影响,结果表明:随着超塑温度的升高,合金的断裂特征由沿晶向沿粉粒边界断裂过渡,粉界强度取决于其氧化膜的含量。在同等条件下,粉粒越细,氧化膜越多,超塑性越差。
The effect of oxide on the superplasticity of P/M Al-Li-Mg alloy has been studied by the SEM and image analysis system. It shows that the fracture feature of the alloy would transit from intergranular to inter-PPB with the increasing temperature. The strength of PPB is determined by the content of oxide on it. Under the equal conditions, with the decreasing of power particle diameter , the oxide increases and the super-plasticity of the alloy deteriorates.
