用化学气相沉积工艺在以碳布层叠为骨架的碳/碳复合材料表面沉积SiC,制备了抗氧化的碳/碳复合材料。研究了材料的力学性能、热学性能及其对空气的抗氧化性能。

Oxidation resistant carbon/carbon (C/C) composites were fabricated by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of SiC on the surface of C/C composites which were densified in preform of carbon cloth lay-up by chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) of carbon.
