摘要
WJ5A-1型850086号发动机在空中发生故障。分解检查发现,Ⅰ级涡轮叶片和承力组合件均为疲劳断裂。宏观、微观断口学和金相研究结果表明,制造中产生的铸造缺陷是叶片断裂失效的主要原因。断裂叶片是发动机故障的肇事件。
The WJ5A-1 type (N9 850086) engine fault was occured during the flight service. Through disassemble and check to the engine, we found that both the I stage gas turbine blade and the support component had been fatigue fractured off. the result obtained by macro-micro-fractography and metallography invecsti-gation showed that the cast defects produced in the manufacture process was the primary reason of the failure of blade fracture. The broken blade is the troublemarker of the engine.
