基于最劣方案的指标赋权法及其应用

A Method for Determining the Index Weight Based on the Worst Scheme and Its Applications

简要分析目前指标赋权法的优缺点 ,给出了一种利用最劣方案计算指标权重的方法。该方法以优化理论为依据、以待评方案距最劣方案的加权距离的平方的极大值为优化目标 ,建立了新的数学模型 ,并给出了精确解。最后举例说明了该方法在军事通信系统抗干扰性能评价中的应用。

After the shortcomings of existing methods for determining the index weight are analyzed, a method is presented on the basis of the worst scheme. Using the optimization theory a mathematical model which maximizes the square of the distance between the project to be evaluated and the worst scheme is established, and the exact solution is given. An example shows its applications in evaluating the antijamming ability of a military communication system.
