摘要 为能更有效地利用高频频率资源 ,寻找可用的频率通道是确保高频雷达可靠工作的基础。环境噪声电平是评价频率通道能否可用的关键指标 ,因而正确测量环境噪声具有十分重要的意义。设计了一套高频电磁环境测量系统 ,根据观测数据中环境噪声与干扰分布特征 ,提出了一种环境噪声强度测量方法———环境噪声分离中值法。 In order to efficiently utilize high frequency resources, finding available frequency channels is the basis for HF radar reliable operation. Since the environmental noise level is the key index for evaluating the availability of frequency channels, it is very important to accurately measure the environmental noise. In this paper an HF environment measurement system is worked out, and a measuring method of environmental noise strength, called environmental noise separation and median, is presented based on the characteristic analysis of environmental noise and interference distribution.
