摘要
提出了一种新型单输入三输出通用电流模滤波器 ,该滤波器仅由 4个OMA(+) (operationalmirroredamplifiers)和 5个无源器件构成。电路不仅能实现低通、高通、带通、带阻及陷波等各种二阶滤波器功能 ,而且还能实现低通陷波和高通陷波的功能。不需要元件匹配 ,所有无源器件的灵敏度都非常低。还给出了相应的PSPICE仿真的频响结果。
A new universal single input and three output current mode filter is presented, which only consists of four OMAs+(operational mirrored amplifiers) and five passive elements. The circuit can not only be used to realize second order lowpass,high pass,bandpass,all pass and notch current mode filtering functions, but also achieve lowpass notch and high pass notch filtering functions. No component matching is required and all passive element feature a low sensitivity.The PSPICE simulation's frequency responses of the second order filter are also given.
