摘要
采用阻抗分析仪对室内长期暴露镀金样品腐蚀表面进行接触阻抗特性实验,结果表明:接触阻抗随触点的表面污染、腐蚀状况及信号频率而变化;接触阻抗中电阻分量随表面污染程度增大出现电阻增高、不稳定,而阻值亦出现随频率上升的趋势;当表面腐蚀物严重堆积时,接触电容成为主要影响参数。镀金表面自然腐蚀后接触阻抗的测试为进一步研究传输过程中接触阻抗可能产生的影响提供了必要的基础。
The contact impedance on gold plated surface after long-term exposure to air indoor has been measured by an impedance analyzer. The results show that contact impedance may change with corrosion degree and signal frequency. Contact resistance goes higher and unstable when corrosion becomes more serious. Contact resistance also goes higher with the frequency. In this case, contact capacitance becomes the major factor that influences the contact impedance. The measurement is of help in analyzing effects of contact impedance on transmission systems.
