摘要
本文对某型飞机燃油系统快卸卡箍在使用中发生的断裂故障进行了分析。光学金相、断口扫描电镜分析以及对比模拟试验确认断裂特征为在大气环境中的应力腐蚀断裂。同时从应力状况、腐蚀环境及合金特性等几方面讨论了产生应力腐蚀断裂的原因,并提出了防止断裂的措施。
This paper describes a fracture analysis of quick-release hoop of aircraft fuel system using microfracto-graphic analysis, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and simulation testing. It is concluded that the hoop is broken by the stress-corrosion in atmosphere conditions. The failure reasons of the stress-corrosion cracking are discussed from stress conditions , corrosion atmosphere , characteristics of alloy, and some measures for prevention of the fracture are proposed.
