摘要
本文经过大量的实践、试验和研究发现,在应用超声波检验时,因冶金组织不均匀性会引起杂波反射信号产生,这种反射信号的冶金组织有的是不希望存在的,当出现杂波信号时要予以慎重处理。
On the basis of plenty of research and practical experience , the author points out that discontinuities and non uniformities of metallurgical structure, some of which are unanticipated, often result in noise signals while ultrasonic inspection is performed and that those signals should be treated prudently.
