After being commercialized, INTERNET is utilized by more and more people in the world. Thus the problems on networks security are growing. There are three main approaches on the market to solve the problems: password, firewall and anti - virus. This paper attaches the importance on networks security from the development of INTERNET and discusses the current practice status of networks security technology and the dominant tendency of its development in China.
