摘要
目的 分析山东省2017年非高碘地区重点人群碘营养状况。 方法 在山东省17个地市的81个非高碘监测县(市、区),每个县(市、区)按东、西、南、北、中划分为5个片区,每个片区抽取1个乡镇(街道),每个乡镇(街道)抽取1所小学,每所小学抽取8 - 10岁非寄宿学生40人(男、女各半)进行甲状腺B超检测,同时采集尿样及其家庭食用盐样进行碘含量测定。在所抽中乡镇(街道)各抽取20名孕妇,采集尿样及家庭食用盐样进行碘含量测定。 结果 共检测16 341名儿童及8 524名孕妇的尿样,尿碘中位数分别为187.7、145.4 μg/L;检查儿童甲状腺16 341人,甲状腺肿大率为2.36%(386/16 341);共检测儿童及孕妇盐样24 170份,碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率及合格碘盐食用率分别为88.93%(21 495/24 170)、90.08%(19 363/21 495)、80.11%(19 363/24 170)。 结论 山东省非高碘地区儿童及孕妇碘营养均处于适宜状态。
ObjectiveTo analyze the iodine nutritional status among key populations in non-iodine excess areas of Shandong Province in 2017.MethodsTotally 81 county-level monitoring sites were selected in 17 cities of Shandong Province. Each county was divided into five areas including the east, west, south, north and the middle according to the location. A township (street) was randomly selected in each area and a primary school was selected from each township (street). Totally 40 students aged 8 - 10 (half males and half females) were selected in each school for examination of thyroid by B ultrasonography and determination of urinary iodine and salt iodine levels. At the same time, 20 pregnant women were selected from each township (street) for determination of urinary iodine and salt iodine levels.ResultsA total of 16 341 children and 8 524 pregnant women urine samples were tested and the medians of urinary iodine of children and pregnant women were 187.7 and 145.4 μg/L, respectively. Totally 16 341 children were examined thyroid and the rate of goiter was 2.36% (386/16 341) . Totally 24 170 edible salt samples were tested. The coverage rate of iodized salt was 88.93% (21 495/24 170), the qualified rate of iodized salt was 90.08% (19 363/21 495) and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 80.11% (19 363/24 170).ConclusionBoth children and pregnant women in non-iodine excess areas of Shandong Province are in a suitable state of iodine nutrition.
