居家腹透模拟室在腹膜透析患者健康教育中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨居家腹透模拟室在腹膜透析患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法以海军军医大学附属第二医院收治的腹膜透析患者为研究对象。选取2017年1—12月在居家腹透模拟室接受健康教育的106例腹膜透析患者作为观察组,以2016年1—12月接受传统健康教育方式的110例腹膜透析患者作为对照组,比较两组患者对腹透相关知识、操作的掌握情况及患者满意度等。结果观察组患者对腹透知识的掌握、对腹透操作的掌握及居家腹透物品准备的一致性均优于对照组。观察组患者对于宣教的满意度(99%)高于对照组(87%)(P<0.05)。结论采用居家腹透模拟室对腹膜透析患者进行健康教育,可以兼顾宣教时间及宣教内容的灵活性,有效提升了护士健康宣教的效果,提高了患者满意度,对促进居家腹透质量提升、减少并发症有积极作用。 Objective To explore the effect of simulation room for home-based peritoneal dialysis in the health education for the peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods The peritoneal dialysis patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Second Military Medical University were selected as the subjects for the study. A total of 106 peritoneal dialysis patients who received health education in the simulation room for home-based peritoneal dialysis from January to December 2017 were enrolled into the observation group, and110 peritoneal dialysis patients who received traditional health education from January to December 2016 were enrolled into the control group. Mastery of peritoneal dialysis-related knowledge and procedures and patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results All the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group in terms of mastery of peritoneal dialysis knowledge and procedures, as well as the consistency of item preparation for home-based peritoneal dialysis. Patients in the observation group were more satisfied(99%) with the education than those in the control group(87%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of simulation room for home-based peritoneal dialysis in the health education for peritoneal dialysis patients can take into account the flexibility of both the education time and the education content, which effectively improved the effect of health education by nurses and increased patients' satisfaction, and thus played a positive role in promoting the quality of home-based peritoneal dialysis and reducing complications.
